It Can't Happen Here, But Actually It Already Did

Well, the reality based blog community is already sending out alarms about how the 60 Minutes broadcast segment about the alleged railroading of Alabama's former Democratic Governor Don Siegelman was blacked out in parts of Alabama.

The Huffington Post writes:

Tonight was something truly unseen in US history.

But, as My wife, points out, it HAS happened before.

VIDOR - With much anticipation, some Vidorians waited to see yet another television special about dealing with the stigma of its racially charged history.

Instead, Paula Zahn's program on CNN - or the lack of the relevant portion - raised eyebrows.

That's because when it came time for the Vidor segment, television screens of Time Warner Cable customers across Southeast Texas went blank for about five minutes - about the entire duration of the segment.

"60 Minutes Done A Great Job"

The Bush’s elete group of corrupt GOP’ers are scared to death that Don Siegelman may be on the streets before the election. Especially with Slick Bob so nervous that he is combing his hair and spraying his mouth and under arms every Five minutes for two reasons: He's hoping that the next president will be John McCain a republican and that he will asked to be his running mate. If a Democrat wins as the next president he/she will probally appoint new U.S. Attorneys in Alabama. Riley along with most of the top GOP operatives could get Federal charges filed against them for taking millions of dollars from Michael Scanlon and Jack Abramoff to defeating Siegelmans lottery and for Riley's election campaigns.
